I love this recipe because it's quick, simple, and high in protein!

170g non fat greek yogurt
5-7g sugar-free cheesecake jello mix
15g sugar-free strawberry preserves
1/2 Graham cracker crushed
Whip cream is optional but recommended, of course
Instructions ⬇️
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and enjoy!
This is a great grab and go breakfast or snack

2 ripe bananas
60g AP flour
100ml milk
15-30g zero calorie sweetener
2 scoops Protein powder
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp baking soda (optional but recommended)

Mash 2 ripe bananas, combine all ingredients, and mix well. Portion in muffin tin or a metal bread loaf to cook in.
Bake @ 350⁰ for 20-25 minutes

13g old fashioned oats
3g zero cal sweetner
20g protein powder
Pinch of salt
10g milk
Protein icing Recipe ⬇️
10g powder sugar substitute
20g protein powder
Instructions ⬇️
Mix dry ingredients to avoid clumping
Add milk and mix to form crumble mixture
Airfry Blueberries for 5 minutes at 400⁰f
After the berries are done, add the crumble and spary with non-stick spray.
Airfry for an additional 3 minutes at 400⁰f
