Creating healthy habits allowed me to change my life.
When I first started my fitness journey I was lost, confused, and scared. I felt lost on my fitness journey, confused about what to do and where to start, and scared I would fail.
Here are some ways I stayed on track
•Be conscious of what you are consuming, food, social media, news, etc. Our mental health is just as important as our physical health.
• Create a sleep schedule and stick to it
• Add some sort of movement to your day, a 10-minute walk after every meal, an hour of resistance training whatever you can do to move more
• When you do have a moment that feels like failure remind yourself why you started and what your end goal is
Take the small steps to create a better you today, you will not regret it.
Say something interesting a One thing you realize with anything in life, especially fitness, is that progress takes time. Often, we can beat ourselves up for not making as much progress as we thought we should.
Take a moment to look back at where you started and see how far you've come. Whether it's lifting heavier weights, running a faster mile, or simply feeling more confident in your own skin, every small step you've taken towards your fitness goals counts. Celebrate your progress and keep pushing forward towards becoming the best version of yourself! 💪🏋️♀️🔥
I urge you all to step out of your comfort zone to truly experience growth. Staying stagnant without growth is going to be detrimental to all aspects of your life. Trust me, I lived a life of being stagnant, never taking a chance or experiencing change, and I regret every minute of it.
If at any point you have the urge to take a chance on yourself or try something new, take that bet. We all will experience failures in life, but without these failures, we will never get to see how successful we can become.
Never let anyone talk you out of your dream because it scares them. You will dictate your own future, not others.
